In lotería, somebody calls the cards. This time, voters in eight states do the calling.
Meebterms Lotería is a community reward from MeebCo, built on the 2026 U.S. midterm elections and open only to Meebits and Nightshades holders. Each tabla holds one result for each of eight races: five U.S. Senate seats and three governor's races.
Eight races with two parties each gives exactly 256 ways the night can go. So there are 256 tablas, one for every combination, and no two are the same.
If every result on your tabla comes true, you win a Meebit.
Four steps, and the last one is up to the voters.
Meebits and Nightshades holders mint on OpenSea on October 22. It's free, you only pay gas. One tabla per wallet.
Tablas are dealt at random. Yours reveals when the mint closes.
Tablas trade like any other NFT. As races get called, a few tablas stay alive and the rest drop out.
The moment the last of the eight states certifies, we take a snapshot, with no warning. Whoever holds the tabla that matches all eight gets the Meebit.
Every race has two cards: one for a Republican Party win and one for a Democratic Party win. Your tabla holds one of the two for each race.

Meebterms Lotería is a community reward for Meebits holders and Nightshades NFT holders. It's not a public sweepstakes and it isn't open to the general public. Only wallets on the holder allowlists can mint. The Nightshades token doesn't count, only the NFT. The official rules have the details.
Yes. Minting costs holders nothing. You pay the network gas fee, and that's it.
Not at mint. Tablas are dealt at random and stay hidden until the mint closes. After that, you can trade for any tabla you like.
Yes, and we hope you do. Tablas can change hands right up to the snapshot, which happens the moment the last state certifies, with no warning. Whoever holds the winning tabla at that moment gets the Meebit, holder or not.
If every race is won by a Republican or a Democrat, exactly one tabla matches all eight, and whoever holds it at the snapshot wins.
Then no tabla matches all eight, and the Meebit isn't awarded.
Election night projections don't count. We go by each state's certified result, which can take weeks. Recounts and Maine's ranked choice count can add time. We're aiming to wrap up by December 31, and we'll post every result on @meebitsnfts as it's certified.
